Option to directly convert Slippi .slp file to MP4/video format#184

To more easily view vods, rewind, frame-advance and record combos, a way to automatically turn the recorded inputs of a .slp files into a video format would be game-changing.

The current solution is to screen record the .slp playback, which can take a whilr if I wanted to save a full set.

You may have answered a request like this before rollback, I would be interested to hear why you use the .slp format either way.
