Servers that are for people who are new to the game ao they can actually learn instead of getting whooped online

This is already sort of a thing in unranked!
the opponents you get are loosely based around your win/loss ratio
So after a certain amount of matches it will start to average out to opponents around your skill level

tho of course if not many people are online, you may queue into higher rank opponents
