Quality gotten worse and worse#680

I don’t know how Slippi has changed in the past years, but it has gotten worse and worse on my computer. I built a computer to run Anther’s Ladder, and it ran Slippi fine when it came out. Since then, Slippi has gotten laggier and laggier, especially when on a new stage for session or vs. a new character or a new move comes out. Sometimes Slippi is straight up worse than what netplay used to be. Why do I need a high end computer to play Melee?
