Automated Tournaments Every ~3h#672

Region locked. Maybe auto Adjusted input delay to improve game legitimacy. Low ping/unstable connection lockouts.

Where this is different from the other tournament ideas is that these tournaments only happen every 3-4. You could even have it so that the schedule moves an hour forward daily so that nobody misses out. Each event could be different (e.g. 1o1, 2o2, FFA Items, 1o1 Giant Mushroom and Bombs only) with the more unordinary modes being much more rare.

Perferrably MMRless but with rating seeding with intention not to match up the same people frequently. This would very much help fill the gap lefted when online tournaments became less popular.

Finally, the idea of a yearly slippi online automated tourney would make for a good celebaration of hardwork. Could or not be streamed.
