Disable Control of Emulator Features That Shouldn't Be Used#622

Disable the ability to change various features that only cause problems/confusion in Dolphin:

1. Monthly subfolders
   This is controlled by the launcher. Every time a new Slippi update comes out, whatever is set in the launcher overrides the dolphin setting already. This was very confusing for me for months as I thought I had to keep re-checking the box in dolphin every update.

2. Replay folder path
   Same as above.

3. Widescreen hack
   Widescreen hack just leads to graphics glitches. People are supposed to be using the optional gecko code instead if they want widescreen. Too many people just use the hack as that is what they learn about with a quick google.
