Alternate accounts are good for being able to practice multiple mains/secondaries each on its own account, instead of having all characters on one account. Locking each account behind the $5 paywall for ranked is probably going to negatively affect the ranked experience because it makes playing secondaries more of a hassle. Therefore my solution is that every tier 3 subscriber can make as many accounts with ranked access as theyd like.
