The only annoying thing about ranked currently is people with very bad connection. I understand that this could be potentially abused, but some people are notorious for their bad internet and make the playing experience unfun.
People with too many reports could be timed out from playing ranked, or recieve a warning, and the timeout would be incremental as the report count increases, and decreases overtime without reports.
