I’ve been requested to add d-pad fixes to the Phob fw to make chatting on Slippi more reliable, but why not just go to the source so everyone benefits?
If you require the d-pad to be released for maybe a tenth of a second (maybe less) before accepting the second chat direction, it’ll prevent rolling from up to up-right (a common misinput) from causing you to say something other than ggs.
