Ping SIZE Hotkeys (Helps with poor eyesight)#535

It would be very helpful to include a toggle in config that would allow two hotkeys;
Default - UP and DOWN Arrow keys.
To change the size of the Ping and or other on screen information.

  Even if I did not have poor vision. Which many people do, the size of the ping on a monitor with even just a 2k screen is far too small to read and have to really take my eyes of the game and practiocally lunge forward up closer to the screen to see the ping and other info. For years I have wished for a way to make that bigger and smaller as well as off and on entirely and be able to set the size before and during gameplay. It may also be possible to use controller butons or button combinations such as follows or also hold R and Dpad Left for smaller and Dpad right for bigger.
