Improved Matchmaking#400

Matchmaking on unranked currently is a cesspool. Going from high level players with good ping to low level/beginner players with poor connection (or any combination in between) makes unranked one hell of a drag. It would be great to find a way to improve matchmaking to prioritize connection quality/an unranked MMR of some kind to improve match quality tenfold.
