Fix stage select randomizer#295

Old netplay had it so that each time a stage is randomized, the stage already played wouldn’t be a part of the options until each of the unplayed stage was played, so you never played each stage multiple times in a row.

Basically spotify randomization algorithm.

They did this, but you can actually still get stages back to back at the end of the cycle

i usually get fd/fod back 2 back 2 back 2 back 2 back 2 back 2 back 2 back 2 ba
