Replace "waiting for game" screen#15

Stream viewers prefer seeing character and stage selection etc over the “waiting for game” screen between matches.

One simple way to accomplish this automatically would be to replace the “waiting for game” screen with a solid color not found in game such as magenta to allow for chroma keying in OBS to show underlying capture card source between matches.
