Stage Selection#136

Allow for us to pick stages, at least for direct connecting. This could be used for either stage striking and actual tournament rules, or if we just want to mess around on Hyrule or Pokefloats or other stages.

I think it would be beter if there was a stage select with the amount of people in queue for certain maps and you can choose to either pick one or click random for a random legal stage

Stage selection is one of the first items we will execute on in the roadmap
